My first true experience of working with people came in 1991 when John, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. As you can imagine, this was a time of great stress and anxiety for the whole family. I then trained as a counsellor in the USA and spent the next six years working with people with terminal illness and their carers.

In 1997 I received my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and started my practice; becoming specialised in anxiety and depression and continuing to work with people with life threatening illness and their carers.

I have since qualified as an advanced clinical hypnotherapist and now specialise in ‘getting your issue resolved'. I deal with many human issues, such as:

• stress relief
• anxiety and depression
• weight problems
• phobias
• smoking
• building self esteem and confidence etc.
